The staff were AMAZING!!! They let us check in early, helpful. I also found the location very convenient to many culturally interesting sites. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. It was cooked to order.
The lobby was small. It was also badly lit.

i encountered persistent creaking and rattling sounds from the pipes. this noise recurred frequently. it prevented a restful night's sleep!

the location was really convenient every tourist spot was within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful at reception they gave useful travel advice. the room was quiet even though it was in a central area with bars nearby.
the lobby was small and dimly lit upon arrival giving a cheaper impression. the room felt a bit small. the decoration did not feel very modern.

The location was central. i could walk to many places easily. the bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere. the bathroom was spacious. It included good closet and shelf space.
my room faced the street and suffered from loud street noise. sound proofing WAS inadequate. bedrooms felt very transient, lacking personal touches. the double beds were small.
